Ons Tweede Thuis wanted to bring its employer value proposition JIJ & IK samen één team to life through authentic, emotional storytelling. Not by adding slogans, but by showing the real warmth, pride, and humanity that define their culture. UHU was tasked to create a series of short films for recruitment and internal engagement.
Approach
We focused on real employees and genuine interactions. The Touch films spark emotion through subtle cinematic moments like gestures, glances and laughter. The Tell films dive deeper into the stories of different employees, representing growth, care, and connection.
Shot in natural light with a soft, warm palette, the films capture the human heartbeat of care. The compilation ties all stories together into one powerful statement: JIJ & IK samen één team. The result is a campaign that attracts talent not through words, but through feeling.
