Briefing
Many people — young and old — struggle with digital tasks. The Public Digital Government Information Point (IDO) wanted to reach this group and let them know they can get help at the library. Our task: make this help visible and approachable.
Approach
In collaboration with creative agency True Ideas, we created a video that takes “digitally stuck” quite literally. We see people bumping into invisible walls in various situations, a metaphor for the digital barriers they face. A voice-over describes relatable struggles like logging in with a DigiD or applying for benefits and, importantly, where to go for help. The campaign was rolled out nationally, with a comprehensive toolkit to support local libraries in their regional efforts. The goal: maximize impact where help is needed most.
