StayOkay wanted to highlight what makes working for them unique. With 21 hostels, a million overnight stays per year, and roughly 1,000 team members, it’s the largest hostel chain in the Netherlands. But what really counts? The vibe. Freedom, fun, learning, collaboration and being unapologetically yourself.
Approach
We created a lively employer branding video that radiates Stayokay’s energy, diversity, and sense of freedom. No script, no actors, just real colleagues telling their stories. From training at the StayOkay Academy to having fun with guests, we captured it all. Visually, the video is fast-paced, colorful, and spontaneous. Used across all recruitment channels, it shows future team members that experience is nice, but personality is what truly counts.
